Vintage German 8-Day Mechanical Alarm Clock, c. 1950 Decorative German 8-day mechanical alarm clock dating from around 1950. The clock features an ornate gilt metal case with richly embossed decoration, a gold-tone dial with green enamel Roman numerals, and black decorative hands. The case stands on small feet and is fitted with a large carrying ring at the top. The rear opens to reveal the mechanical movement and winding controls. The clock is in working condition and the alarm function works.
